In the Heart of the World. When we merge our heart with the heart of planetary consciousness, we clarify our path in the world. 

My Perfect Cubic Centimeter of Space. According to the Yaqui shaman, Don Juan, there is one spot that is unique, a spot where you can be at your very best and replenish your energy. 

Child of the Universe. With expanding consciousness we see ourselves as we truly are: one aspect of the Divine Mind. 

Substance disolves into Light. We are the enfleshment of Spirit in matter. According to many traditions, enlightenment entails raising the vibratory nature of consciousness until, at enlightenment, the "body of light" is attained. 

The Myth of Fingerprints. Thinking we are separate unique individuals, we see those outside ourself as "Other." At the level of Christ Consciousness, we find we are One -- each a spark of the One Mind. Adhering to the myth of separation leads to all the evils of the world. 

The Helpers. In the Shamanic world view, we have animal helpers to fortify and guide us on our spiritual path. 

My Angel. In many traditions, each person has a guardian angel for protection. But more importantly, each person has the Holy Spirit within to "teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance." In the secular world view, it is the higher self which guides us to self-actualization.
